Condition of the Pattern and Sleeve: Sleeve is showing tearing at the bottom and is starting to tear on the sides. Also flap is torn at the center. There is slight wrinkling of the sleeve. It is also beginning to yellow at the top. The instructions are clean and readable. The tissue pattern is clean and neatly folded. There are no tears or rips.
